Neat little fisheye print error. Might get a couple bucks for it.

Do you mean "moustache"? None of the 89 cards on COMC have it, so if it's a recurring print defect, it's pretty rare. Keep it until you confirm whether there are more like it.

That's not a print defect, that looks like someone had some fun with a sticker image of some sort.

That’s a very common looking fisheye print dot

I call it the “Batman”

The difference between a print defect and a variation can be quantized.

For everyone wondering if they have a print defect or a variation:

• Are there more than one? I'm not talking about you pulling a few from one specific box or case but pulling it from an entirely different case from an entirely different source. If not, it's a print defect.

• Is it readily identifiable? Can you see it with the naked eye and identify it simply (ie. "green line through chest")? If not, it's a print defect. If you need a magnifying glass in order to see it, no one will care.

Because that's the difference between a print defect and a variation: people caring about it.

• Which means, for the most part, it usually has to be a star or superstar. There has to be enough that it has a presence in the hobby but not so many that it is readily available.

• Was it "corrected?" It's one thing to have a black dot next to he player's face and a version where the black dot doesn't exist. It's an entirely different thing to have an example where the black dot was airbrushed out. If the manufacturer took steps to correct it, it's a variation.

• Is it a fisheye? If so, it's a print defect. Always. Fisheyes don't occur often enough in the printing process where enough examples could be found to establish it as a variation. Not to mention, every card in every set ever made has a version out there with a fisheye. Just too common to be interesting.

You need to look up 1990 Topps Partial Blackess to see if that is an indicator card. There is a Zane Smith with a similar printing error that will indicate it's from a PB box. The Partial Blackless boxes contain the NNOF Frank Thomas rookie. In addition to the big one, there are a bunch of other cards around the NNOF that are worth $500 to $1500 each.
