Advice for collecting 1990 Marvel Psa

About a month ago I started collecting 1990 marvel PSA nine or better I currently have the four holograms PSA nine I paid 250 each for them I also have the red skull PSA 10 population of four. My question to the group is should I wait or should I hop on it I have printed out the PSA 10 pop report and there’s about 20 cards or so that our population 11 or less Am I jumping the gun, Or should I wait collecting these rare cards PSA 10 or better. Also what is everybody’s gut on Psa realeasing gem mint 10s. All your input is appreciated thank you everybody for taking time out of your day !!!!!
Also is December the best month for a eBay to collect these cards what is your input

my question is why are you collecting 1990? They aren't the true rookies/first apps for marvel. 1987 is.

If you have the patience wait. As more cards come back from PSA the pop report is going to explode and prices will keep going down.

1987 may have been the "rookie" cards, but the 1990 set is the one everyone wants.
