2022 Topps NOW: as we enter the Fanatics Era of Collecting

We have our first baseball card released in 2022, but is still part of 2021 as mentioned below and confirmed by Topps (got a response!!!!).

But why not get the thread started? I am so anticipating that Manfred's mafia and Tony Clark's gang can play nice in the sandbox and give us a season.

The Jon Lester retirement card is listed as a 2021 card by Topps, not 2022.

They have done both. Harold baines has announcement card(and autos) and later got the induction card.

Looks like RTOD sets will be on the way soon, the TN page now has the regular and autograph headings in the left margin. Nothing listed yet but still a good indicator.

Apparently no discount coupon this year, but communication has been almost non-existent in the last few months. Will miss the annual Trout Save-a-thon card.

A FB TN group has info that Jeeves will send out Platinum notices for 2022 this week.

So some things will return to normal soon. Get ready!

2018 Angels auto set with Ohtani as the autograph subject was $400 per set (granted that there was also Trout in the mix).

And if they go as far as including them to be autograph subjects, we might be able to see Bobby Witt Jr autos.
Though I assume this to be very slim chance.
