$19 is pretty whack.

$15 with $499 would been perfect. Can do $12 monthly/quarterly specials and registry specials. That would been the perfect price point spot that majority would approve from both collectors and business perspective.

There are no era specifications (e.g. 1996-present) listed.

Hopefully this is good for people wanting to submit vintage

Squeezing every penny out. Unless there is some great special in January, it looks like I'll just let my membership lapse.

To any PSA employees reading this, $19 as the cheapest level is atrociously high. You are making it untenable to grade the vast majority of cards that were PSA's bread and butter for years--cards that were $30 to $75 in PSA 10.

For example, Topps flagship or Heritage cards of some of the top baseball rookies like Juan Soto, or Ronald Acuna, only sell for about $50 or less as PSA 10s. PSA had over 30,000 submissions of each of those cards, generating over $250k of revenue per card for PSA. But at the $19 submission level, it isn't worth it for customers. Sure, some will still submit at low or negative ROIs, but I have to think most are smart enough not to waste their money over the long term.

There are simply not enough high DV cards to drive submissions to reach an optimal level for PSA. Please, stop trying to milk your customers for every dollar and restore a sensible $8 to $10 bulk price that will ultimately benefit collectors, flippers, PSA, and the hobby as whole.

I wonder if they are going to have monthly specials to this effect. But otherwise yeah, PSA still acting like its 2020 and a base prizm lebron psa 10. is $500

They are doubling down that the economy and the collectibles world will recover sometime next year with these unrealistic prices.

Economy is scratched.

If you submit a $300 raw card that gems and becomes $600-$700, ouch, 10% of the value of the card will belong to PSA.

Raise your hand if you have had bulk order beat regular orders to completion! This is a terrible announcement if you do not have FIFO and lines dedicated to each level.

Lol at "making things easier for collectors and simplified service levels". Making bulk and value the same DV will force memberships and the new value plus is super awkward. They should have made the DV for it 999 instead of 499.

Goofy. I'd think it would have made more sense to keep the $18 price point and simply bump up the DV. I'll send whatever I can at the $15 special price before end of the year. Might be a few months before I can cobble up enough cards to submit at $19.

I have enough to send, but this is very silly. They need cards and this is not the way to go about it. $15 with DV $499 would have been huge and likely to have gotten many more submissions. PSA doing PSA kind of things!!! Lol

Sub $0 cards. If you remove the card cost, you can double, triple, even quadruple your profitz!
