Just an error or did the most famous baseball card get a two point bump. Personally, I think it should be a PSA 11.

As of August 2022, https://sportscollectorsdigest.com/n...ors-convention, it was still an 8 but from what I can tell, the pop no longer has an 8 but instead has a 10 as having graded.

Doesn’t make any sense. It’s the most famous graded card in history. Everyone knows it was an 8. Must be a site error. Considering we also know Mastro trimmed it, if PSA was ever asked to reslab it they’d probably give it an altered designation.

I think technical error is more likely.

If I am not mistaken, on at least 1 occasion it was pointed out that this Wagner was removed entirely from the pop report only to be added back at a later day. If it is in a 10 now, would it really shock anyone? And the next question is does it really matter? Could PSA really do any damage to their reputation beyond what has been going on their for decades? To some it matters, to most they would cheer on the bump in grade.

If grades just randomly change from time to time in PSA’s database, that certainly isn’t good. Nor does it make much sense.
