And….there’s our answer as to why the big names only had 1/1’s in this years pop. They were holding back stickers for this set.

Too late… I already made an appointment to get new glasses.

Sticker pop culture cards as a high end product? Not for me.

I will give Leaf credit; they can put some great ideas together in these sets. The Pulp Fiction-inspired Sam Jackson/Travolta/Keitel triple auto is very sweet and will be highly desirable.

That said, the price is still way out of bounds. But it'll be interesting to see what rolls out of these boxes.

Pretty cool. When I first saw Pesci and Culkin had autos in this years pop, I was hoping for a dual of them but they didn’t do it. Hopefully they were saving it for this set. A Home Alone dual auto would be awesome.

High-end and sticker autos should not be okay and collectors really need to stand up to this garbage. Serious question, what is the difference between this and regular Pop Century that justifies this having a much higher price point? I'm sure there will be a ton of C and D list celebrities and rappers in this.

Three autos per box at what will probably be close to $1k a box, come on man!!

I think the full product name is Leaf Decadence: What We Left Out of Pop Century.

Wow. . . this is the first time I've bought much Pop Century in years. . .

But between the best autographs being impossible to get in Pop Century, the Ari Lehman situation and now this . . . I'm done.

Barf. High end stickers.

They have movie images for the Dan Aykroyd/Chevy Chase dual, but couldn't source a Spies Like Us image of Aykroyd to have it make sense?

Garbage, off sticker autos with absolutely no thought into it ever. There are members on here that can make amazing custom cards, that any fan would love to add to their collection. Yet Leaf keeps raising the prices, adding questionable bs rapper autos, and holding back the good stuff in Pop Century. Fool me once......

So you likely pay the same amount you'd pay for a regular case of pop century, but you only get the case hits and 30 less cards? In what world does that make sense?

They have cool metal frames which makes it a pain to put into a case so that's cool.

What a schizophrenic company. On the one hand, they want to release high-end products and chase the high-end dollars (and, presumably, respectability). On the other, at the very same time, they give this scumbag clown a card:

He is an alleged scam artist and has dozens of lawsuits against him. You can look him up to find all the details.

I did try (albeit briefly), but it's a super common name.
Good enough, thanks.
I won't be letting him influence me.

I had no idea either. Googled it and apparently he created a fake high school and recruited kids and adults to play for the football team for this fake school.

"Former athletes at Bishop Sycamore also revealed that Johnson's football play calls all came from Madden NFL video games and that the team attacked a homeless man for attempting to break into Johnson's car. The only class offered to students was a religious class taught by Johnson."

I'm curious. When was the card shown made?
The inscription reads "BS High" for Bishop Sycamore, I guess, but the other use of that abbreviation seems more apropos.

I believe they put it up for sale yesterday. This week, certainly. "BS High" is the title of the forthcoming HBO documentary about the story.

Ok, thanks.
Were the plays from, like, regular Nintendo Madden?

I can now officially say, "Ooooof".

It's funny seeing the insane listing prices for these with people trying to recoup their spend.
