2024 Topps Chrome Baseball miscut cards

Anyone else open 2024 Topps Chrome and have cards that look like this? These were from a jumbo hobby box.

Yeah… I think miscut/error cards like this are fun. It’s great to see the adjacent cards.

While that is proof that quality control sucked that day, those cards are probably worth more than their properly cut siblings. I have been known to buy severe mis cuts like that of no name players I wouldnt have bought otherwise. The fact that those are some elite level players makes it even better.

Agree, especially those names. Somewhat niche market though. Those types are errors are much more collectible in the coin and Pokémon world.

I’ve grown to like the severely miscut cards, sometimes it’s boring to see the same old card over and over again. Also seems that some people are catching on and marking these up in price claiming they are errors and of course one of ones.

Interesting to see all the different inserts on one aheet, has to help with collation.

Pretty cool. If you can somehow get these miscut halves signed by the players, and then authenticated and slabbed, the slabs can become an artificial 1/2 and 2/2, sort of like a two half locket that is complete only when together.
