Default opinion needed on STERLING Baseball

I am noticing alot of boxes for sale on ebay.
Most of them are not selling with the mystery pack. The sellers have pulled them and selling seperate.
Is that fair??

If I am correct topps packed these so each box within the case should have one. If they are factory sealed boxes (truly factory sealed) they should be sold with the Mystery pack. So each person buying these player boxes are entitled to the mystery pack that came with the box ? I think so. If I were to guess, I would think if your player box didnt have an auto.....the chances are the mystery pack may be a nicer card.

Need opinons on this:

The player boxes and mystery packs are both factory sealed and then together sealed inside of a factory sealed hobby box. If you purchase a sealed player box then the hobby box has already been opened so I do not think that the mystery pack should be included with a purchased player box.

I don't see any problem with it as long as they're not selling the player box as a full box, or not telling who the player pack is even though they know. (Say it's a lower-level player and they say "You could get a Babe Ruth, etc.")
