Default Adding this statement on ebay listings offering a 7% discount after card was stolen!

I am thinking about adding the below statement to all my ebay listings after a buyer claimed he didn't receive a card and ebay made me issue a full refund even though the card showed delivered (unfortunately didn't ship with insurance so now I have no cash and no card! NEVER AGAIN). They said the bubble mailer was empty but still sealed!

Don't know what to believe, maybe a post office worker stole it and resealed it, who knows. Ebay claims in their buyer protection policy that "For item not received cases, sellers are protected from losing a case if they ship within their stated handling time and provide tracking information before the buyer or seller asks eBay to make a final decision."

Don't believe this statement because it is NOT TRUE.

These listings are all fixed price with best offer option.

"Please email about how to get a 7% discount on agreed to best offers!"

Hoping this statement will get ebay buyers to buy direct paypal on BO instead and provide a 7% discount on the offer price to the buyer.

(BTW if you see this card recirculate please let me know! Photo attached, card is a 2008 Bowman Chrome Mike Stanton Auto BGS 9.5/10 serial# 0006524099)

If you're considering offering potential eBay buyers an avenue to buy off-eBay -- yes, that is directly against their policy and I would imagine you'll receive a boot to the sphincter right quick.

Why would you ship without insurance? Insurance is cheaper than ever through Ebay these days. Buyer probably noticed you didnt buy insurance and maybe that was the reason you got the shaft.

Like said above ebay will not allow that, and honestly I wouldn't keep my hopes up for getting that Stanton back, I highly doubt whoever has it will still have it in that BGS case, just sayin
