Default First time requesting a replacement from Topps

Just got a notification from Topps about a redemption.

Topps Series 2 Gold Futures Auto Relic of Domonic Brown

It's #'d /10 and there's no beckett value. Anyone with a lot of experience have any idea what I would be expecting for replacement or does it just depend on who's working that day?

In my experience, Topps has been difficult in dealing with redemption replacements. You have a pretty unique and low numbered card though. If you get something out of the blue and you don't like it? If it were me, I'd send it back to Topps Customer Service and be prepared to negotiate. Be patient and hopefully they will treat you right. GL.
