Default EBay Problem

Hey....I recently purchased a Russell Wilson auto for $50 off of a guy on Ebay. I received it in the mail this morning, only to notice that there is a surface winkle that goes down half the card. I emailed the guy and told him about the damage, and his response was "Im sorry, but the card was clean when I packed it. And, i know the card was properly packed. In all fairness, I can't be sure this happened when it was unpacked." I opened the package gently like i do all the time (just cutting the tape with a small knife). I really don't know what to do right now. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I should proceed?

File a "not as described claim" through eBay and mail it back once they ask you to. Thats your best bet.
