Default Will Panini produce 12-13 National Treasures?

Simple question. Will NT be made this year? If so, how will it compare to other years? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Looking for all CHRIS PAUL patches and autos!

the one that will ruin prizm is Panini Select - it will include black prizms and variation prizm autos that will crap on the value of the gold prizms
It's like deja vu all over again.
