Default Opinions on PSA?

I have a bunch of cards I want to send in to PSA but apparently to do this I need to be a member which costs about $200. Is there any other way around this? Like maybe having a member send them in for me? Or should I just pay a little extra and send to BGS?

Depends on what you're grading.

For modern cards, hands-down BGS.

For all your vintage stuff, PSA is the only way to go.

Both fetch higher prices in those 2 markets.

Everytime I've graded with PSA, I just had a friend send them in for me. Heck, your local shop might do it for ya. I know my old shop would send stuff out for people.

i agree- modern stuff is BGS, vintage is PSA

PSA gives you like 12 or 14 free grades when you pay the membership fee.. so u are basically just payin for the cards to be graded
