How could someone be so incredibly unhappy ...

Someone who "thinks outside the box", suddenly acts ... quite literally ... like a spoiled 5-year-old who didn't get his way. Deep down in my gut, I really hate this. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, even after he and I crossed paths over "Shipping Charge Gate". Really felt like he might be a good guy, and that he and I had just had a simple misunderstanding. There is NO excuse for what he said above.

Shouldn't someone contact Paypal and show them this?

Nevermind...His last name is Berkowitz I was reading the email name rather than his name.

I do find it ironic though that he says fish destroyed his character then proclaims he's going to file chargebacks.

There's a pic I want to post, but I'd be in the same boat as the banned party. Dang it.

I never chime in on these posts (even though I read them pretty often) but I'm making an exception here - didn't he mention he gets a table at a certain show? If anyone lives near that show, they should print out a hundred or so copies of his e-mail to fish and take them to the show, stand in front of his table and hand them out to any potential customers that stop by. If whoever runs the show comes by and complains, give him a copy too. Then everyone will know what kind of person they're dealing with. If a person's character is low enough that they'll file fraudulent chargebacks on PayPal, you can bet they're also ripping people off in other areas as well.

Been on my ignore list for a while. Kind of strange when one person has all these "bad" things happen to them and they have multiple threads in the feedback section. I mean, I've had some bad weeks but there's some really unlucky people in the card biz. So curious...

he'll come back, wait and see. The BO detectives will probably catch him since he can't contain his emotions very well

The info in the op was posted to protect the members of the forum and therefore trumps most (if not all) other concerns. However, I did edit out the language anyway.

If you have a pending deal and you are scammed, we do have the full admission on file as well as the full address and another email account. This and all unedited documentation (with the admission of fraud) - including something so despicable that iluvfish2 decided he could not even post it.

He likely has more and even says so in that thread. The good news is the email provided his name, so if one of those other IDs pops up you might be able to catch it.

Can you give more information on this? What started this? Why did he send those emails?

I saw him once at a show once a while ago and he seemed like a nice guy...kind of surprised he acted this way. What happened?

Did the unedited email look like this?

"Fish you are the biggest coward sexy man, I have ever met on the internet. You people have alot of hell coming your way with this banning. You destroyed my character and let these little cupcakes do what they want, yet I can't defend myself. You also let that sexy MOFO Whodini ruin my character.
