Fantasy Football Help
Hey all. I am in a 1pt. PPR/PPC league drafting this Sunday and I have the 3rd pick. The first two picks already say they are taking Rodgers at #1 and Brees at #2. Is it a no brainer to take Chris Johnson at #3? Or do I take someone like Peyton Manning who we all know is going to throw the ball? Any help would be appreciated.

CJ is an absolute no-brainer even in PPR.
You need a strong RB and you have the best of the board with the third pick. You can always grab a really decent qb with the 2nd round and wr in the 3rd one.

What kind of idiots are you playing with that they take Rodgers/Brees #1 and #2 unless the scoring system is all sorts of jacked up?

Well considering we are playing in a league where you get 1 point for every completion and those QB's throw 50 times a game on a regular basis. They have good chance of scoring 30+ points before calculating yards and TD's. Think about it...

you still want CJ in that league... his yds from scrimmage and tds PLUS you get his receptions is a no brainer... go QB in the second round, take someone like a Flacco, Romo, Rivers or Brady if they make it there... if not don't reach for a QB, take a high reception WR (Welker, Andre Johnson, Fitzgerald, Steve Smith x 2).

You get 50 catches from CJ. you have to take him. You must have 6 point passing TDs or sumthin or your doing a special olympics draft cuz ive never heard of that duo going 1-2. Take CJ and then look for Romo or Schaub later on. Manning wont be as good this year, hes the losing team of the SB and they always have a hard time the next season
