My loan paperwork is all signed. I can't wait to get back in the house Saturday during the Home Inspection. They are doing a Radon test too in the basement.

I thought those took awhile to come back. We put in a radon mitigation system about 7 years ago. They are reasonable though cheap looking.

All the loan paperwork is now done electronically.

The house we are buying does not have a radon mitigation system; neither does mine. Hopefully the levels are OK.

Sorry man, the magic’s gone. I’m glad you got the rest you needed, but it’s just not the same.

I could try to keep the back and forth going just for old time’s sake, but it would feel more like taking the special needs kid to prom. A little performative.

My gastroenterologist said the chills are likely a part of my lack of weakened immune system. Next week I am having some bloodwork done to investigate further. The prednisone-type stuff I got yesterday for my elbow seems to be helping.
