I would do a little research on completed auctions and find out which prospects sell by themselves. List those separately and then put the other prospects in a lot and you should be able to get close to a $1.00 per. For the vets, I wouldn't waste your time trying to sell them any way other than a lot or a set if possible.

With prospects I sold everything in single auctions. For my refractors if I had doubles I sold them together. You will sell most but not all refractors that way. X-fractors and above should almost all sell. For the vets sell all refractors as a lot. For X-fractors and blues pull out only the biggest stars ( Jeter, Griffey, etc.) and sell the rest in lots. Sell all gold and above as singles. This is the way I did it and it worked out very well.

Can tell you that I only got .99 cents for a lot of 21 Vet Refs including Jeter and some other stars.
If you are close to a Ref Set then I would certainly try to complete it.
