Default List em: What cards from this day forward will never go down in value.
99% or all sports cards will be worth less than they are now down the road. Which cards do you feel comfortable saying that will never be worth less than they are worth today.

I would prefer specific cards here and not just players. Let's see what we come up with.

1991 NFL Wild Card Checklist 1000 stripe. Last one sold for $2.50 at auction. Seems like a steal or something.

Basically any Hall of Famer, the only change will be when they pass away there will be a jump but it will eventually fall back to pre-death sales. There is always the news worthy bumps too, like killing an ex-wife, but again the prices will drop back down eventually.

what do raws (that are raw for a reason) go for nowadays?

I mean, the only problem is that I don't own more

I honestly don't know what the Rae's usually go for. I've picked off a few from COMC that look good enough to grade. I've used their quick opinion and haven't gotten anything better than a "mint". Haven't paid much more than $4-6 for cards that show well front and back on COMC.
