Default 11 Boxes of Optic

11 boxes from 2 separate cases.

I got 2 "hot" auto boxes and also 2 of the "hot" parallel boxes, though those were certainly bigger on quantity than quality. Got mostly destroyed on the autos.

/125

/99

(thank goodness for the Moncada)

/50, /35, /35

Bear in mind I said mostly destroyed on the autos.

If anyone happened to notice my Floyd Mayweather/25 Auto thread from yesterday here http://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1134952 they might have seen this comment in Post #13:

"I did go ahead and list it in the B/S/T section, btw. I need to cover my purchase of 11 boxes of Optic (which I'll post later, let's hope for a big Judge)."

Last auto of last box:

What a day!

Geez i generally stay away from non-logo stuff but wow... that card looks GREAT! Congrats!

Signature is a lot more "full" than others. Very cool!

Thanks everybody. And yeah, it actually is already sold. Sold in under an hour on the bay for 1300 (yes, you heard that right) and the fellow paid immediately.

We collectors are a crazy bunch for certain.

I hear you; I actually intentionally listed mine below the others that were listed. I looked at the checklist and saw that there are like 20 Judge autos in this set that are numbered to /5, so it really should be more like /100. Once I saw that I figured it would be illogical (and greedy, if I'm being honest) to price it higher.

Totally agree. I've been a powerseller for 15 years and this is one of my top 5 or 10 sales. To put things into context: I also just sold an Ivan Rodriguez Autographed Superfractor last night (1/1, on card auto, Topps Finest) that only went for $103. That's right: an autographed superfractor of a Hall of Famer from a licensed product that didn't even pay for the box. Meanwhile a rookie that's not even in his uniform gets 1200 more. It's mad, mad, mad, mad world.

I agree. It's a mad world when a HOF Superfractor autograph sells for a fraction of a rookie that hasn't even played a full season. Congrats anyway.

1300 feels like a good price for any judge auto/5, I may have bought it for that if I had seen it! Even though like you say there are more like you said, still a sweet card!
