Went fishing for some Star Wars 1st time signers

I found some hobby boxes of 2005 Revenge of the Sith Widevision & 2002 Attack of the Clones Widevision for a shot at Jackson and Frank Oz Autographs.
The ROTS Boxes have auto odds at 1:48 so 1 auto every 2 boxes.
The AOTC Boxes have auto odds at 1:24 so you get 1 or 2 per box since these boxes have 36 packs.

In the ROTS boxes I got 0 autos in 4 boxes.Should have had at least 2 autos but all I have is base cards from these 4 boxes.

In the AOTC boxes I did alot better getting 4 autos including the one I was after.

Keeping all these for my PC.

Curious, were they factory sealed? If not they could be frankenstein boxes. If that's the ratio per case, I open the case, keep going till I hit the autos, sell the rest of the boxes.

Ya, they were factory sealed.The last 4 boxes at a local card store.I had seen them before but never took them cause the autos are not guaranteed in every box.I decided to go for it today.Had to take the gamble.
At least it wasn't a total loss since I got what I wanted in the other boxes.

Frank Oz is one of the big names I have yet to pull and probably never will, so a big congrats to you.

A friend of mine opened a sealed case of the ROTS when they came out and only got 2 autos in the 8 box case. I don't think they were packed out consistently at one per 2 boxes.

You did well on the AOTC though. Congrats!
