Default Topps Chrome Blasters SUCK

I've spent $120+tax on blasters in the past 24 hours at 2 different Walmarts mind you. The back 2 cards in literally EVERY pack(except the Sepia packs) the bottom right corners are pinched and peeling. Has anyone else had this problem with this year's Topps Chrome? I've pulled 3 Bellingers(2 base & 1 xfractor) & 2 base judges and they're all garbage. I want to call customer service, but I have the feeling they're going to tell me to eff off. Which will absolutely infuriate me. Any advice?

Edit: every blaster box was perfect. No dents or anything like that.

Edit 2: just called customer support. Referred me to the www.topps.com damage claim. But the guy said it should all be made right somehow. Just have to have, I believe, the receipt, code from the blaster, and code from the pack. I'll keep you all posted as the progresses. Could take up to 6 weeks though.

I am having the same problem for the past month.

Just in the past week at least Two Bellingers and a Judge worthless.

10 boxes. Five boxes Walmart and five from Target.

Every fourth card in a pack if not more.

I'll participate in a couple group breaks but I'll do singles for the next several months until I see improvement.

Would box/pack serial numbers help?

Been buying Donruss as well and not a single problem i can recall

I bought 4 blasters from Target and pulled a Ian Happ Auto Green Refractor #/99 and a Judge 87 Refractor. All cards in the blasters were clean with the exception of 1 base card with a dented corner. Sorry about your luck, I would be pissed as well.

I've never seen the quality of a product this bad before, especially Chrome! The fact that the Bellingers have been bad as well as the Judges is upsetting. I chucked my Bellinger up as a loss, but if I were you I'd make the call.

Had an entire jumbo case like this. The first run of base was fine, the inserts/autos in the middle were fine, and in about 95% of the packs, the last 4-5 base cards had damage on the bottom right corner. No damage to the case, no damage to the box, and no damage to the packs.

I stopped after 6 packs in box 1 and 2 packs in box 2 to explore options. The only thing I can do is a damage report with Topps and send back about 300+ base cards, including 3 Judges & Bellingers. The place I bought them from would have bought them back at my original price, but I got in pretty early so I didn't want to do that.

I have found that a few cards have has surface damage. Dents and such. I had a Joc Refractor with two literal dents on the surface. There is no way this was possibly done other than by the manufacturer, as the other cards in the pack were all fine. Was ridiculous.

bought 2 today. A few cards had dented corners, but the hits (a sepia Judge and a green auto Mancini) were perfect, thank goodness

Are most chrome's having one back edge that appears a bit crimped? OR is that just my stash? Corners and surface of my 4 blasters + packs were good.

Omg, the centering was worse the stuff from the 50s!! But even with 20/80 centering, I was still stoked to pull Stanton and Strasburg RCs!! Lol.

Most of the base in my TC blaster (the exterior of the box was perfect) had dinged lower right corners...c/mon Topps, where is the quality control?

I have ripped some 2010 TC from some value boxes. They were pretty warped, other than that they weren't bad, although it was only a few packs.

We should all call customer service in the morning. They have to try and do something.

I miss curvy, cocaine-y cards.

Only bought the one mega box for $35, had I known how hard they were to find I would have bought both.

Only 2 cards had any kind of noticeable damage, and it was a bubbly line up the left side

Hit a Judge Base, Bellinger X-Fractor, and Ziegler Red /5.

Pretty decent roi on that box.

Bought ablaster and 14 base cards had the bottom right corner badly dinged. The refractors and inserts were all fine

I have a blaster case arriving this week, I'll report back if there is any damage but I would be surprised if there was.

Are the cards coming from jumbo cases in bad condition like this also ? Or just retail ?

So far it seems like it's just retail...rack packs and blasters. At least they've only been base cards so far. Has to be a manufacturer issue as they all seem to have dinged corners in the same place.
