Default 2017 Topps Chrome Hobby Case = best pull of my life

My case from Blowout came today. Good fun break.

Not pictured is normal haul of Judge (4 base, 2 '87 and a Freshman Flash), Bellinger (1 refractor, 4 base and a Freshman Flash) and my personal favorite Benintendi.

Lot of color non-auto. I left out an Orange Maeda Future Stars, Gold Wave Dee Gordon, Blue Christian Arroyo and Purple Manny Margot, among others. I got 18 numbered non-auto in the case, which makes for a really fun break.

Rookie refractor autos. Best base was a Bradley Zimmer redemption. Normal $2 Chrome autos were plentiful, of course.

At this point it was a great case. I may not get my money back, but whatever I lose was worth the entertainment value. I was 'playing out the string' late in the 11th box, when I saw "OF" and the Yankees logo peeking at me, with a white lower third that could mean auto. I slow-rolled it to find...

Easily the best pull of my life, and keeps a recent hot streak going. Strangely, it's been an absolutely terrible year on many fronts that matter a lot more than cardboard, but the box breaking luck is the one thing that's been there.

Top Five hits heading to the Bay sooner or later (hopefully sooner). Feel free to offer if you're interested in anything.

Thanks for sharing the break with me!

The X-Fractors are the best looking autographs in the set. They pop unlike any of the other colors

Outside of the super, the X-Fractor is the best auto parallel in the set, I agree. Congrats on the monster!

Awesome hit and very nice case! Nothing wrong with using a hobby to escape from normal life, especially if normal life isn't going so well. Hope things get better for you on other fronts though.
