Hey guys,
Non-card related question, but I think the situation could apply to cards as well...
I bought a brand new sealed jazz CD a few days ago. It just arrived, securely-packaged, but when I removed the plastic, the disc itself was shattered, almost cracked-in-half, definitely un-playable.
The seller has 100% feedback and clearly didn't (I hope) intend to do this. The album is out-of-print, so contacting the company to ask for a replacement is out of the question.
This is definitely not what I ordered. Can I file for a return or am I just SOL?
