Hey guys,
Non-card related question, but I think the situation could apply to cards as well... I bought a brand new sealed jazz CD a few days ago. It just arrived, securely-packaged, but when I removed the plastic, the disc itself was shattered, almost cracked-in-half, definitely un-playable. The seller has 100% feedback and clearly didn't (I hope) intend to do this. The album is out-of-print, so contacting the company to ask for a replacement is out of the question. This is definitely not what I ordered. Can I file for a return or am I just SOL? |

Please note - I do not PM people who have interest in cards as very few people ever return such PM's. All cards are for sale and if you are interested in anything please feel free to send over a PM with an offer. PM's that say, "How much is XXX" or "What is your best price on XXX" without an offer will not be returned. |
