Over the last month a guy bought two of my dollar cards, paid for them and then emailed me afterwords that he paid for one card too extra. Fine I said, I refunded his money and mailed him both cards cause I already had the cards packaged up (I won't make this a habit). So now ebay is filing an unpaid item assistance case against him and I can't find the auction item anywhere in my store under sold auctions. It happened in August so it should be in there. I marked it before as paid. Why is ebay still opening the case against him?
Update: I got the items confused. I was thinking about card #258, whereas customer in this case ordered two of card #268 and I can't find record of payment in ebay.
