Two month ago i sent this card, Earl Bennett FF Blue 7/100 to be replaced bc the back was badly damaged. After months of waiting I get this back with the back fixed BUT now I noticed that the front bottom right has a small damage...:mad:

Should I send it back or just leave it as is???

i'd be pretty pissed i'd definately send it back accompanied buy a nice letter letting them know how dissapointed you are and see if they can do anything else for you...it's worth a try...bottom line you paid good money for the product why should you accept a damaged card

I'd call them just to find out if that might be the last one they have in stock and figured you wanted that card back and that was the better of the ones they had?

File an e-complaint (on the Donruss website) on the card and upload the imagery you are showing to us. They might just let you keep it and send something else out in return.

I would definitely send it back. Its ridiculous how some card companies could care less about their customers.

Sorry to see this.

I would send it back as a matter of principle. In fact, I received a 2008 Harry Douglas Contenders Rookie Ticket Auto card a couple of weeks ago in the mail (via redemption) and it was badly damaged (major crease in the back of the card...the toploader was even busted!) Now, I don't know if this was DLP's fault or if the USPS is to blame. But I sent it back with a letter requesting a replacement. We'll see what happens...

Of course, this should really NEVER happen.:(
