UD Redemption Replacement FML

So, nearly a little over 2 years ago I redeemed a MIKE GREEN -WA CAPITALS
2009-10 NHL SP GAME USED SIGNIFICANT NUMBERS # ED TO 52 CD# SN-GR

After about 18 months, and repeated calls and emails- I was asked to submit a replacement list. No problem - Ravens, Orioles, Ovechkin, Ichiro ... No problem, right?

Nope ... Today I get the replacement package with a fake-signed Brett Favre card and an Immortal Letterman (not signed) /124 ...

Looks like they'll be getting a call from me Monday ...

Sorry to rant .. I expected to be hosed, but not this badly.

Yah not so good, but Mike Green has as much hobby love as a wet rag. However making you with that long they should have thrown something at you with a tad more value.

Good luck they just shafted me last week ...by telling me that beckett now provides a book value for cards with a print run of 15 ...last I heard they stopped pricing at 20 when I called back I literally just hung up on the guy there was no point in arguing when he kept saying the book value

Well, after contacting UD, I was told that the package was not sent as a replacement, and that the actual replacement would be forthcoming.

Today, I received a medium-sized padded mailer with my name and address hand-written on it along with the redemption code. It was opened when I got it, so I certainly hope something was stolen from in, because all that was in it was a dual jersey (non patch, non auto) of Mike Green #30/125.

I'll be calling UD and the USPS to report an opened package on Monday.

Ud has confirmed that there was another item enclosed (though they aren't able to tell me exactly what it was). They say a case has been opened and another item will be mailed.

I hate to laugh, but this is one of the biggest comedy of errors I've heard in regards to UD customer service. What a complete mess!
