I'm now at 443/480 that are due on 4/2 after 3 going live today. It was funny because I have 3 redemptions I'm waiting on so I thought it was them but it turned out to be 3 random cards. I know I've mentioned these redemptions a lot but I want people to know that it seems like no matter how new these are that they are taking the full 8 weeks so you might want to send them in premium if you don't want to wait that long.

39 went live tonight. Call me a skeptic, but I have posted about COMC processing a handful of times and I have had cards go live within 48 (sometimes 12) hours!
I applaud their effort either way. I have always been supportive of them, but they keep on screwing up. The 39 that went live were ALL at least 2-3 years old. I have almost 400-600 cards from new product that still are not live. I'd be fine with 39 going live every now and then, but to make live cards that would sell regardless of when they pop versus cards that would do well being on the site ASAP is frustrating.
I don't see how they don't make the new stuff an absolute priority and say F the majority of other stuff until the 7th week. It really defeats the purpose of anyone sending in new stuff.
think it works?...gosh darn it I have been waiting on my 700 card submission for 5 days now what gives haha :)!:D:flex:

Monday is 3/31 - wouldn't that be the eight week mark?
I think everyone is getting frustrated with this new processing service. All the talk of streamlining and telling us "hot items" would go live at the two week mark seems to be false. They are also not hitting the one month average on these either...none of what was promised seems to be coming to light. The new catalog sounds great, but it doesn't directly benefit me. I price my cards at what I want for them...and I don't send in stuff with hundreds of copies on site to get an SRP on what I do send in.
If they get it on a Monday morning, I consider the end of the week to be that Friday (or Saturday) night. If it goes until the next Monday night, I'd consider that a week and a day (8 working days have elapsed).

I don't think it works that way - they have 56 days to get it processed. That's what the due date is for on the submissions. I don't think COMC has ever expressed to sellers that the submission process works the way you describe.

Oh, I know the official rules. I'm just pointing out an error in the math. They're not counting the day the cards are received, even if it's first thing in the morning. I'm fine with it, since it's always been consistant. However, it's still an error.
To emphasize the point... The few Premium submissions I've made have gone live the same day. Now that is great. Just wish the basic submissions haven't been going so much slower than what we were told.

474 cards dropped in late last week. Took me about 1 hour to price but had to use split screens to get the Beckett BV. (Yes, I still use Beckett as a guide)
Some of the cards have already sold ----

It has been disappointing, but I think I would be equally as disappointed if my cards were live and buyers had no way to find them with a search function.
On the plus side, 2 of the 10 cards have sold already! You guys were right. This is addicting.

It would make a lot of sense if they have been holding cards back to be part of the new data base. I would not be surprised if they have thousands of cards ready to go, just waiting on the "new" site to go live tomorrow.
Now that we're over the 8 weeks, officially they have done 479 of an estimated 490, with the total closer to around 520 I think, due 4/2/2014. The reason I'm not 100% sure on the total is that I have a list of the 490 but I had some throw-ins at the last minute. I have a submission list of the 490 but have to look up the throw-ins. Was hoping I wouldn't have to but now I guess I have to reconcile the whole sub.
Not that it matters much with the site such as it is, but when I submitted over 2 months ago there wasn't any indication that this is where we'd be today.
2/5/2014 (0th Wednesday): Cards arrived at COMC for basic processing

They missed the last 19 cards I had in a submission due Friday. You probably won't hear back until Monday as customer service usually doesn't work on the weekend.
The good news is you won't be paying .25 per card on those last forty.

I have about 60 cards left from an 8 week submission and 15 from a premium submission due today, let's see if they can get them done.
On a side note, I understand why the catalog data is coming along slowly, that is a huge undertaking and can't be expected to happen overnight. The submissions should be processed more quickly though I would think. Is it just a matter of being understaffed?

I think the new processing that was introduced in January has made things tougher on COMC, or at least the drop off in service quality says it has. In the past they had hard deadlines that were always met, but now that they have up to 10 weeks they're all procrastinating and getting it done at the last minute, if then.
I'm sorry that COMC put themselves in a hole by not foreseeing the end of the Beckett relationship, but it infuriates me that they're making us suffer for it. We're not the ones who messed up, that's on COMC, so quit punishing us.
If COMC wants to call and explain things to me, that's fine, but I'm not calling them. They owe it to us to keep us informed on why there are issues and when they'll be fixed, I shouldn't have to call and ask. What has me most worried is that there haven't been any updates recently, so COMC either has bad news or they're simply neglecting us. /rant

Is this based on any evidence? I was under the impression that before they had x cards and did that lot by the due date, whereas now they resort the cards into batches with other cards based on card type/set/etc. to supposedly make the processing process easier.
So procrastinating seems a bit of a loaded term...I'd say more their "easier" system seems not to be as easy as they thought. Still not great, but less of a character flaw and more of a system flaw.

Lots of harsh statements in here.
They hadn't missed a deadline that I am aware of until after the transition on April 1st. Tells me that the staff is more concentrated on cards getting correct in the catalog rather than add new cards to the already backlogged process.
I also have a feeling that you would be upset if the cards went in on time with missing info. Really a can't win situation if you look at it on a base level. However, as has been said countless times, the process will take time. Pretty sure everyone that keeps repeating that isn't saying it anymore because no one is listening, just expecting everything to get done immediately.
You are also now accusing COMC of not correctly looking into the future and predicting exactly when COMC would have to do this whole thing. Seems like a contradiction, since you didn't predict correctly that it would take more than a week to get an 8 million card catalog 100% correct.
They're not "making" you suffer. They are trying to make the site better, and even moreso, trying to do it in your unrealistic time frame. I'm sorry that they aren't taking the time to call just you and explain what's going on. You refusing to call them just seems silly if you actually want more information.
COMC just gave another update today, talking about the new challenge. I would assume that the information you need on the catalog update is the %done of the challenges. The more done, the more information that is complete and ready to go into the catalog.
Had to rant a little here. They said countless times that it would be a couple weeks after the transition for the site to be fully functional. It says it right on their website front page, they said it twice in a blog, and give updates on facebook at the very least. It's up to people at this point to help out, but apparently no one seems to want to do anything unless they get something back for it, god forbid people don't help out for a catalog that they themselves will use when you submit cards.
If you don't want to do the challenges, fine, but don't complain about the site then when there is something that you could do to help.

I have plugged hundreds, maybe upwards of thousands, of dollars into COMC and done my part to support the site. I'm not accusing them of not being psychic, but unless Beckett terminated a binding contract, they should have seen this coming 3 months out. I support COMC and want them to succeed, but after earning nearly 70,000 challenge points, I'm tired of being asked to do more. The way I see it, I have more than done my part.
I'm not seriously asking them to call me. I just keep hearing about people who call into complain that walk away convinced that everything is fine. What special info are they getting that we aren't?
I think we have all had good experiences with COMC. They built up a lot of goodwill with us over the years, but the swerves over the last few months, going back to when they asked us to get a beckett subscription, have ate that goodwill up. I'm sure they'll earn it back in time, but for now I'm exhausted by all of this.

I had 121 cards that were also due yesterday, and they are now overdue. I also have 580 cards due 4/24. So far, 39 cards have posted, and 541 are not processed. Also have a batch due 5/26, which 0 cards have processed out of 876.
I'm not compaining, but curious for an update as to how they are currently processing cards. Of the 39 cards that posted on my 4/24 batch, 3, 6, and 30 cards were posted at different times (usually on a friday). Why not process 100 cards at a time to make it worth while. None of the 39 were the top cards or hot cards- simply random. I'd just like to understand the current state of processing. Again, no complaints, but never expected deadlines to be missed.

Same here. Just had 15 Premium service cards go past the deadline. I don't really mind though. They are taking a huge hit as a result of the transition, but I know we/they will be better for it once all is said and done!

I had a batch of 200 oversized cards that was due 4/3, and nothing has been added to my account from it yet.
I don't particularly mind as I understand they are behind and I probably wouldn't price them immediately anyway. But I wonder what I'll be charged. I got this submission in under the old bulk oversize tiered pricing, so 50 cents each. So had they been uploaded on the 3rd, it would be a $100 batch. There was never any cheaper tier for oversized so I'm not sure what they'll try to charge.
Honestly, I don't care if it takes them another couple weeks to get the cards up, I've been waiting since January, so I can wait longer. But the cost had better be less than $100 when they do get added.
With the last cards in my February submission about to hit a week overdue, I'm reluctantly going to start eBaying all the high-mid end cards I was holding to send in to COMC. Hearing that premium subs are late too is rather troubling.
It's a shame too, because my mid-ends were starting to sell pretty well before the 4/1 armageddon.

Cards shouldn't be investments, they're a hobby. Maybe a business for some. But never investments. Investments get my attention during the day, cards get it when the market is closed.
I don't look it as a blessing really, COMC was so much less of a hassle time-wise than eBay.

I love COMC and don't think the sky is falling. It's a great service and I know they'll get this figured out. I do think, however, that the submissions not being processed on time is an issue that needs to be addressed. At the very least they need to provide an update on why this is happening and when we should expect our cards to be uploaded.

I called COMC today , i needed to talk to someone about something unrelated to the changes. Anyway I talked to Steve at great length . First off he told me they are at 60% with the catalog and by the end of the month should be around 85% complete which is obviously great news and quite amazing. I personally will not use the suggested price as i did not use beckett book values when i price cards at my store on any internet sites including COMC. If i have a card that has a Comc suggested price of say $4 and I want to price it(due to scarcity on Comc, competitior prices , what i have in it or just because i want to) at $15 I will...I rarely use beckett or ebay completed listings either(and i sell plenty). As for the catalog Steve told me it will be amazing. One example if you like 4 color patch you will be able to search say football 4 color patches numbered 25 or less. Another: can search every single card of a player including if he is on someone else's card maybe just tackling a guy. Alma Mater categories and many many more. Most everything including that fancy stuff will be ready by the end of year.
Me personally i will use that catalog and probably Becketts as well if need be. I have no ill will to beckett as Beckett was good to me at one time and I am a little more mature to type in a forum F U Beckett.
Bottom line Steve said other than the chaos with everything going on things couldn't be better at COMC and for the future. And nobody has asked for their cards sent back to them due to the inconveniences, but then again they know that people never do anyway.
My personal opinion things at COMC are going to be even better and they will grow tremendously.

I agree. the suggested price should be put on the backburner.
Getting the info correct on the site is a must.
On my first page of 100 cards, 66 of them are missing the name or have an incorrect name. ( I checked and you have only about 37 missing the name-----not that this means anything)
I know you mentioned you have not had a dip in sales. I have drastically.
In 2013 I sold an average of 14 cards a day for 65 dollars a day. From Jan 1 to March 31st, I sold 17 cards a day for 68 dollars a day. From when the site came back up to now, I am averaging 6 cards a day for 20 dollars. That sucks

I agree. the suggested price should be put on the backburner.
Getting the info correct on the site is a must.
On my first page of 100 cards, 66 of them are missing the name or have an incorrect name. ( I checked and you have only about 37 missing the name-----not that this means anything)

I dont really mean the backburner as much as i meant that I will wont use the suggested price. I wish they didn't even put them on mine as they will be as relevant to me as a Beckett bv or an ebay ended listing.

Mine are fairly in line with my non promotion day sales, which are relatively small, so I don't make much (if anything) of it. I'm stunned that I've sold anything given how few of my items aren't listed correctly.
It's aggravating, but I don't really mind. I moved a ton during the first 80% of the spring cleaning promotions. The only real thing this has done is delay my next major shipment. I haven't been able to see what stuff is listed for, so I can't figure out what I want to send priority vs. regular but oh well. As long as the site can be at 75% or so capacity by the end of April I won't be too aggravated. If it's still a nightmare by the end of the month, then I can certainly see people being beyond done with the site

My browser must not be refreshing the site then. They are no where near 60% complete. On my first page out of 100 items only 3 had the correct names in the description field, none in the name field. There were 10 or so with the wrong names and the remaining cards have no names and very few even had card numbers. Most of the set names are generic names for only the product it came from. It seems that the only sport they are working on is basketball.

A lot of the player names are hilarious.
How they're getting them, I don't know, but if there's a player with the same initials, then those get transposed. For example, I saw a Cameron Rupp card called "Carlos Ruiz". I saw a Jesse Biddle card called another pitcher who's initials are "JB".
It's an ugly world out there on COMC, and what's sad is there's some stuff I really wanted to buy but can't find.

Yeah...it is bad for sellers and buyers, that is for sure....I have a great card of legendary Steelers running back Robert Blanton...oooops, I mean Rocky Bleier....I truly believe it will get better, but yeah, for now it sucks for everyone involved.

In regards to the full processing fees that we've accidentally been charging on cards deposited after their due date, I'll share what I've been telling people via email:
Tim says that the software we use has just been updated to catch any missed due dates and it will give the proper discount for those deposited cards. And, for those discounts that we did miss - those will be corrected on your next partial deposit, or when the transaction is closed, if there are no more cards to be deposited into your account.
As Tim says "We're just not used to missing due dates, so we had to tell the software that this is an actual possibility and to behave accordingly."
So, the issue has been fixed (I hope) and any applicable discounts should be seen in your totals. If there's still an issue, please let me know!!

Nah. The ones that are overdue have already failed to meet the deadline and are already late. There's nothing they can do about the discount now. If they hurry and get the ones that aren't overdue yet, they can still charge full price. I just had a submission that was due today get processed. It jumped ahead of the 9 others that were long overdue that are still yet to be processed.

So, I don't know if this has been addressed yet. But is it because of the catalog shutting down that this "New Processing" took place?
Example: We're running out of time to process cards, and we're going to be overloaded trying to do other things, what can we do!?
-Well, we can change it so that we prioritize items we can get to, and then push everything back to 2 months. This will give us extra time!
-Great idea!
Anyone think this is actually what happened?

No, I think they got overwhelmed with the challenge and simple didn't have enough time to get everything done, so rather than list items that had little to no info, they got as much of the catalog done as they could first before catching up.
The new processing was implemented in January, way before the challenges started. Safe to safe they are just overwhelmed.

It seems like you misread what I wrote via your response. I was in no way trying to rationalize a cause for slow processing at the current time. That reason had already been well addressed in that they are strapped for time at the current. The question is did they forsee being strapped for time, or not, and if the new processing was a strategic move to prepare for such. Yes I know the new processing was implemented a few months ago, which was at the time that they got rid of pricing, and knew they had to start getting a new catalog together. They knew way before the challenges happened, that this would be something that was on the horizon. No?
I'm not sure I have that all correct, but the scenario is not plausible?

Good question. I have only had 1 card shipped to me within the last month, and it took longer than usual. I'm thinking it took about 10 days to arrive. Could've been a little longer. Would certainly be interested in hearing how its been the last two weeks.

If it's practical to do so, I think it's well worth it to ship 100 items at a time and to do rapid.
The 100 items triggers a $5 credit on the first of the next month.
I put in for a rapid order on a Thursday, (April 3) and got it on Monday (April 7). The rapid shipments have been consistently fast, even through the recent chaos.

I wonder how many employees working this have a card background? It's going to make the transition that much longer when they can't just look at a card and know what set, etc it is from. My Port is oddball heavy with a majority of items that are the only ones on the site.

pretty sure most if not all of who they have hired have a very good knowledge of cards. The main issue right now is they have so much to rebuild since taking out the old system. I do see lots of errors on the site still with players names or card years. But it's only week 2 into doing this.

Last Friday, Tim modified the software that calculates the processing fees, so you should be seeing any applicable discounts on late batches.
If you had a batch that was late and still got charged the full processing fee, we'll make up the difference on your next partial deposit - or when the batch is closed/completed. The software will take care of that, too.
If you're still having issues, then please let us know! But, it may just be a case of having to wait until a batch is completed before you see a refund/reimbursement of your processing fees. Thanks!

When did you submit your stuff to be graded? I submitted back on February 21st and still haven't been notified. I think they said estimated arrival April 11th? You were probably in the same batch as mine, so I was wondering if you got notified yet? It's my first grading submission through COMC, so I'm not really sure what the process is. I wish I did this sooner though, as I'm worried Beckett's hate for COMC may have affected our grades Lol. I checked the pop report and they were being total sticklers on mine. I'm probably just being paranoid.
Submitted 2/13/14
The wait is long enough normally, but when it gets dragged out it's even worse
I now send everything straight to BGS which blows because using COMC credit for it was nice

Yes, I've had basic on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well. Most of Fridays though.

Just went through my small port. It looks WAY better than it did even a few days ago. About 20 % of my cards has [???] or [Missing]. Most of the data that isn't complete seems to be insert set names or names of lesser players. The search function is much better and I am able to find a lot more cards that I am looking for. Progress!!!

This has been the plan from the beginning - the major sports come first (largest part of the market) and the rest gets filled in later.

Just about 1/3 of my port (850 or so) are missing names
They all have at least some part of the set name & other info, so I'm not sure why they won't show up in the challenge in "fast track" mode.
I'm willing and have time to do it, so it just sucks that they won't come up

If the challange is for card #'s, then the cards only missing card #'s will come up. It doesn't matter if names, etc. are missing.

They didn't explicitly say it, but the challenges are for the major sports so of course they're coming first. They just added racing names recently so that seems to be next. There's been a lot of progress on stuff since they readded $1/1000 points so hopefully those more random sports will come soon.

FYI - I spoke to COMC the other day regarding the Beckett grading option as far as they know, they still plan to offer the BGS option since it is a seperate entity from the Beckett card catalog. I think it will automatically process when your next card pops or when they close it out (mark the batch complete). Now how soon that happens is a different matter.

That is the worst. You're excited when you see that email and then it's 1 lousy card.
I'm sure they will have to change the submission choices at some point. 8 weeks is too long to wait for "hot" cards like the Abreu RC's and I'm not sure how they can accurately prioritize that kind of stuff. 4/25 - 09 items
4/28 - 02 items
4/29 - 12 items
4/30 - 11 items
Nice to see daily updating, even if it's only a couple of items.
That's good to hear. Hopefully they get around to my overdue batch pretty soon.
The funny thing is that the last 6 cards processed on the 25th but they didn't close it out until the 28th.

I've been getting small hits all week. Still missing cards from a batch due 4/17, had a batch go past due 4/30, and another due tomorrow 5/3. Around 130 cards or so - none of these batches has had anything process this week. I'm guessing the majority of these are autos, relics, and low numbered inserts.
Would be awesome to get some of these live before the sale ends tomorrow.

The COMC processing is certainly improving. One thing popped up this evening that I don't really know how to interpret. A brand new seller had some 2014 Bowman cards go live here: dawngregs's All Items - COMC (http://www.comc.com/Users/dawngregs,sr,i100)
The guy would have had to ship them Priority or overnight or dropped them off, then the staff would have had to push them through immediately since Bowman was released just over 48 hours ago.
It kind of frustrates me that it took almost two months for 2014 Topps S1 to show up on the site, there's hardly any new Heritage, and several members have had shipments take over 10 weeks to fill, but a new guy comes in and gets same day service?
I just hope that COMC goes back to the old definite time-period listing options sooner than later. I liked knowing there wasn't preferential treatment unless you paid for it and could count on having your shipments processed in 30 days if you didn't.

Well, that guy probably paid for premium processing judging by the cards listed. Get the cards on Wednesday (or Tuesday), get them to COMC same-day, pay for premium, and they should be up Friday.

Naw not the entire batch, just the stuff that was overdue. I had 100 cards due 4/2 and they finished like 6 days ago. On my second to last batch I paid -$1 to make up for fees they have charged before. And then on my last batch it was half the price.
But the stuff that was on time (i.e. before 4/2) was just the regular price, no refunds.

How much are you making on them while they are sitting in a cardboard box?
Considering that they don't charge you anything until the cards are processed, wouldn't it make more sense to send them in and have them there getting worked on?
What part of the new processing makes you uncomfortable? I've taken it in stride - I prefer the old processing of course (I used 1-Month for lower end stuff and the 2-Week Bulk for anything I'd list over $2.00). It is what is being offered right now, so might as well make use of it.

I get the reservarions. It totally hurts me as I purchase collections/lots and them send them in. Its tough putting out money and waiting 2 plus months waiting for them to go live.
About 9 weeks ago I sent in a batch of 700 plus cards. Half of the cards were from National treasures etc. At that time, we were under the impression that "better" cards would get processed quicker. THe due date is 5/7 and the best cards appear to be the last getting done.
Its frustrating. I wonder if they are not getting done because they do not have them in the database and it requires more data entry etc?
I held off sending in for awhile. Things then started to seem like they were on point and cards were getting processed. I Started sending in again, but even now, i have batches overdue. Also, Its very hard to track as to what is and is not processed. I just hope it gets better.
Today i am sending in 2014 bowman baseball, Five star football, and some other goodies. I hope the new product gets on quick.

I sort of understand why people might hold back, but it makes no sense to me to do it. If I have a box of cards in my hand that I want to send in to COMC, but I do not, I make nothing. If I go ahead and send it in, the cards will be in process and eventually go live. The longer you wait to send in, the longer the cards will take to go live.
Honestly, I don't like the new processing with the wishy-washy 2-8 week processing. I really hope they bring back the solid 2-week and 1-month services.

If it is a hot product that is time sensitive, I think people may prefer to sell it on ebay as soon as possible. Also, I know some of the higher end stuff that I've sent in that is pushing the two month mark and still not processed, I sorta wish I had listed that on ebay as well. Well, like i said. I bought a collection/lot for a few hundred bucks. We were informed "better" cards would get processed quicker. That did not happen. I am now two days away from the 8 week due date and have not been able to make a dime off of them.
I did not like the way things were going. So i did not send in anything new and I curbed my buying habits. About two weeks ago, it looked like stuff started processing at a better rate, so i started sending in/buying again. But that processing spike seems to be only for cards already on site. Jerseys and autos seem to be sitting.
I hope that when the cards i sent in 8 weeks ago do process, that they have all the proper data. There is no real excuse for them not to be given the processing time.
Also Stupid me, just sent in five star and bowman baseball. By the time they get processed, the value will probably be 25 percent of what it would be.
I hope they change the processing times back, but i do not even think thats being considered currently.

Well, how do you think I feel having to send out these generic responses? I'd love to be able to give you a day/date as to when your cards will be processed and deposited. Are you kidding, it would be awesome.
But, with the way we process cards, I can't predict when your cards will get identified and processed. Tim explains how things work on the blog:
Premium & Basic Processing Services | COMC Blog (http://blog.comc.com/2014/02/05/premium-basic-processing-services/)
As he says, we take all the cards we receive and separate them, based on sport and year, then we work on those larger "pools"; it's a lot easier to work on a large set of hockey cards, then to be jumping back and forth between sports in a batch.
These pools are assigned and processed, based on the due dates of the cards within them...so, cards from one submission might be divided between several pools, based on the sport, year, etc, of the submission.
That's why we started doing the partial deposits; since we were processing more cards more efficiently, we were able to offer the partial deposit for everyone.
Anyways, I hope this helps explain the situation a little...I don't mean to go off or anything like that...it's been a Monday, ya know? Now, who wants a hug? :-)

The downside of trying to do "newer" cards first, is that if it's a brand new set, we have to get the generate the card data before we can identify it. Since we no longer get card info from "outside sources", we have to create it all that information ourselves.
We're trying to get cards done before their due date, as has always been the way things work here; the system is supposed to alert us when cards are approaching their due dates, so we can finish processing them and get them deposited. Obviously, since the transition, it's not working the way it's supposed to and we're trying to get it fixed so it does...

So if I'm reading this right, this problem will arise with every new product.
Once we get the protocols in place to handle it, such as knowing the new product release schedule, accessing the resources to have the information as soon as possible, streamlining the data entry systems - this won't be a problem at all.
Getting those systems in place is the issue, and with so much going on, it's been a little difficult. Once the catalog is complete, when we only have new releases to work on, that will be a little easier to manage.

I have no idea how the COMC database works, but I would think new sets would be a little bit easier. It would seem that you could just upload the checklist as it's issued by the card companies.
Do they not work in the formats issued? or do the card companies state that you cannot use their checklist? There must be an easier way than rebuilding the list for every release.

As you can see - three batches that are past due at the moment. The stuff I am seeing go live is all stuff that is already on site or has been on site before.
It seems like anything new is getting set aside, which is frustrating as the "orphans" are the cards I sell quickest and for the most money - for example the two Jose Abreu cards I paid premium for, listed this morning, and sold within a couple hours.

This is my concern as well. I did very well last year by sending in products right after the release, and using the (one week) hot list. Now there appears to be no incentive to submit new cards quickly.
I tested this theory by sending in my Heritage submission a few weeks after it released. The few cards I've had go live did so at the same time as everyone else's copy did. This is not good for a couple reasons.
1. Those that sent in earlier aren't given any advantage, as they should.
2. Multiple listings on the same day creates an instant glut of supply. This drives the prices (and values) way down. This is easily witnessed by looking at the Heritage New Age cards. 2014 Topps Heritage New Age Performers Baseball Cards - COMC (http://www.comc.com/Cards/Baseball/2014/Topps_Heritage_New_Age_Performers) These cards easily sell around $1.50 (or more) each all year long. However, when a bunch of sellers get their cards available at the same time, the race to the bottom is quickly sped up. All of a sudden these are no longer the valuable inserts they usually are.
3. At the same time the sellers are racing to the bottom, there are now fewer "orphans" (I prefer "only children") which help to create the demand. This causes sales to slow down even more.
I understand how this new format could make processing easier for COMC (in theory). However, I'm not so sure it is good for the site.

I had my 12-card 2014 Bowman premium submission processed today that COMC just received yesterday. Pretty happy with the one day turnaround time.

How many have correct info? Doesn't appear that they are all correct.

Good points all, but this one really hits home for me. Like half my port are only children...less only children is certainly good for buyers because it drives prices down, but not for sellers.

Everything is correct. I did notice earlier that my Binford green auto didn't have a name but it's there now. I already sold half of the cards too so I can't beat that. :)!

So are people still getting charged the .25 per card if the due date isn't met?
