What a nightmare

I don't like doing things like this but I really have no choice....

Made a deal recently with mjtobias for my Pete Alonso lot. Buyer agreed to purchase the items as seen in the thread from my scans (I even bumped $20 off the list price to be nice since I saw he was new.) I gave my paypal info, he paid. I sent the items exactly as they appear in the scans and provided tracking in paypal, and he received them.

He first said he did not see the scratch and later claimed he does see it. I have screenshots of both here.

First one claiming to not see scratch (Btw, I don't see a scratch, just a little dust) but I also never claimed everything was GEM MINT 10 either.

Forward to this week, he escalated a paypal claim against me, and today Paypal ruled in my favor after I provided this and more evidence on him. The paypal operators exact quote "He is not being honest here."

So gave him a neutral feedback though I felt he deserved a negative but don't like to give those out. His response is to give me a negative feedback on it, so clearly retaliatory on me, so yeah that sucks despite the fact that I lived up to my end based on what we agreed to. I never once said he would be getting GEM MINT cards, they were always raw. To paraphrase the sales thread, these are the cards for sale, here are the scans, look at the scans if you want them, PM me if you do. Nowhere did it say, you will be getting perfect MINT cards.

Anyway, he apparently he says he's reported me. Not sure for what, but at this point with him, I don't really care. You lied mjtobias and I caught you lying. To the rest of blowout, save yourself the trouble. Not worth it.
