I'd say do both at the same time so we can get our cards faster (I'm biased, I know). If you will be available to enforce the 2 hour draft clock strictly, than we may be able to get it done quicker. But the 46 card hit draft we did took almost a week.

I saw a thread where two simultaneous team drafts were happening, and there didn't seem to be any confusion. If people clearly mark what case they're picking from, it should go smoothly.
