So here's something interesting I just noticed. I know we were talking about the 02 SB Auto/Relic card a few days ago and looking at the streaky/faded autos. It appeared (then) that the black pen was used for the lower serials before he switched to blue, but I just saw this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/2002-Topps-...8AAOSwgLlaa3DV Blue auto #12, still a little streaky, but not as faded as this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2002-SP-Top...YAAOSwbWZaalIC Black auto #18. Seems interesting, maybe blue for jersey #? But why would that even matter to them/him. Did they save the #12 auto for the end? Seems these were just kinda all over the place. Edit: here's another blue early serial # https://www.ebay.com/itm/2002-Topps-...wAAOSw9V1aZ8nM Last edited by vanpatten; 01-26-2018 at 03:12 PM. |
