I know for a fact they did not get a suspension because they were still posting right after everything went proof. If all they got was a warning, the same should apply to d2r. The people to whom I'm referring have all had multiple suspensions (and at least one has been banned and then reinstated) so they were on the same thin ice as d2r.

I don't like the idea of bans unless it is something incredibly egregious like scamming or some awful harassment. I agree with long term suspensions for rule violations after multiple violations.

That said, I am not a mod so it means nada.

Like I said , you don't know if/how many warning these people have gotten, nor do you know how long/how many times D2R has been told he was on thin ice. I think the mods keep pretty good tabs on those that get out of control or continuously break the rules. And honestly it's irrelevant how close you think other members are and if they should have already been banned as well. Only the mods know for sure. Clearly Houdini and the other mods warned D2R and he continued anyway.

The forums rule is no Threads with a Religious topic, and that is actually only listed in the off topic section. The only thing it could touch on is, like you said if someone claims they are offended by what is listed in his signature.

Makes me wonder how many people actually read the rules and not just skim and pick and choose what applies to them.
