Default Received an unnecessary feedback from eBayer.

I just wanted to ask how to deal with this.

I sold a Ryan Zimmerman patch to eBay member jeremywayne2011. I had the listing at $9.99, and he made offer of $9.00. I accepted the offer on January 22. He then didn't pay the $9 for 8 days, and I finally received payment 1/30. I then shipped the card in bubble mailer with tracking on 2/1/16, two days after his pay. He received the card today, 2/5/16. Buyer then left a negative feedback stating "very slow and untrustworthy eBayer." I don't understand that at all, and am seeking on advice on how to remove the feedback

Thanks.

Likley not removable unless you can convince the buyer to do so. There is a chance you can get it removed if you can show Ebay it was delivered by the estimated delivery day. Not a guarantee, but with the new policies starting to take effect in the next couple of weeks there is a chance.

Call ebay. They have in the past, removed feedback that did not fit the transaction. They have access to when card was paid and if you loaded tracking, when delivered.

Sent a feedback revision to him and he declined stating:
The original Feedback I left for the seller was accurate

Total crap!

So, he paid on Saturday and you shipped on Monday? And he left feedback for you shipping the next day? That doesn't seem right. Does he know you can't personally get the USPS to do something just for you and open up and let you mail something to him? This guy's a tool. Blocking now.

Can you put a reply under his feedback and sort of show people who look at your feedback that this guy is just an idiot who has no concept of the mail system.

Wow. Just wow.

Are these all children using eBay trying to buy stuff without the concept of how the world actually works or just plain scammers?

Keep it factual and don't take it personal. Many times sellers make themselves look worse by the response to feedback than the actual feedback.

Only way its going to get removed now would be for Ebay to remove it. As stated earlier you might can convince them if tracking shows what you say is the truth. Otherwise it will stay.

Ebay has gotten ALOT better with their willingness to remove feedback.

Yes they have used to be this was a no way no how removal unless the buyer agreed to it. Sad thing is tomorrow the OP could call with the same issue and get an entirely different answer. It all depends on the rep you get.

I was pleasantly surprised with my agent that helped me. She was friendly and more than willing to change the feedback. It just made my day so much better. I had no idea what the buyer was thinking.

The buyer has been on ebay for very long time with no problems. Glad what you said hasn't happened to me.
