He then stop answering me and disappeared again. The last communication I had with him was September 18, 2014 and he replied with "email me and we will talk" and I emailed him a million times and texted him many MANY times with no reply.

Did he give any explanation as to why he disappeared for 6-7 months or whatever it was the first time? If he just disappeared for so long the first time why would you continue doing business with him let alone double down on the amount of money involved?

Maybe the guy is in and out of prison? You have his name, did you try to call the local PD to figure out what's going on? Did you do a Google search? Did you send him an email with a read receipt? Is he still using his ebay?

If you give us his name I'm sure we could figure out what happened to him.

OP, not being rude or anything, you haven't got much so info far, for a few simple things you could do which you haven't.
1. Multiple people ask you to give them their BO username or name. You haven't.
2. People have reccomended you ring up the Miami PD. You haven't.
3. People are trying to help you. You opened this thread for us to help you.
Clearly, it seems like you just opened this thread up to let us know of this situation.

Again, we are here to help you. You could do a couple of easy things and find out about what happened to him. We're just telling you to try and do those things.
