Good regular season for the Celtics, a little "disappointing" knowing they were really close to the #3 seed. Hopefully they can win a series or two(+) in the playoffs.

Would like to see the Brooklyn pick end up being #1 or #2

3-6 Seeds all have the same record. Celtics and Heat have identical records across the board(Divisional, Conference, Home and Away)

If the Celtics just blew a 24 point lead in the 2nd half, not sure if I would be posting like this in a Heat thread. Will have to see what happens in the playoffs.

It is what it is. We have home court and I cashed a pretty big futures bet no complaints here. I even got the Celtics +900 ingame betting

It should be a good match up. I know the Hawks has the C's number during the regular season so that should be an added motivation for the team to play hard and upset the Hawks. I was more concern about them playing the Heat on the first round but that not going to happen anymore. I hope they pull it off and the play the Cavs in the 2nd round.

Isn't the NBA changing the seeding format to where division champs don't automatically get a top seed?

Heat would be a tougher matchup IMO. Atlanta has a great coach so it should be a competitive series, but I have a hard time seeing Boston lose at home with the garden atmosphere during Playoffs. Also can see Boston taking one or two on the road so I think Boston should win this series. Wanted the #3 seed to avoid facing the Cavaliers in the second round though.

Apparently there is a gap in the rule change. That rule change goes into effect when two teams tie but goes back to the old rule if 3 or more tie.
