Nunez now 4-4 with 2 triples, a double and a single. And another scoreless start from Cain

Now he just needs to stay healthy. And hopefully MadBum can get us a series win tomorrow against Roark

If Bumgarner is going to win the Cy this year, like he should, he's going to have to do it with a crappy record. So tired of these games. DFA Blanco.

What do you think of the minimalist TBS graphics? I personally like it a lot, no distracting scroll at the bottom constantly.

What a terrible game. Offense let MadBum down even though he threw a complete game. Man if they can't score against Roark, how the hell are they going to score against Fernandez tomorrow?

Bumgarner with the CG one run two hit loss. Out pitches Roark with nothing to show but another loss. This offense is straight trash right now, yesterday was an exception to the second half rule.

Bum with the season of his career so far and may finish with his worst record ever. Beats Strasburg hands down in any stat you want except wins.

Giants had their opportunities but as usual could do nothing. Bochy really needs to re-evaluate his aversion to the sac bunt. Posey on 2nd with no outs and you get nothing? Runners 1st and 2nd no outs and you get nothing? Roberto Kelly not sending Posey against what may be a weaker arm than Span? Unacceptable.

The offense is just a mess right now. If the Giants don't get it going the season will be over real soon!

Part of this is Bochy's fault for not playing for single runs.

In the 3rd inning we had runners on 1st and 2nd with no outs, and Span was not asked to bunt.

In the 4th inning we had a runner on 2nd with no outs and Crawford was not asked to bunt.

With Bumgarner on the mound and pitching well, Bochy needed to give up the chance at big innings to get the single runs.

Anybody interested in anything of Nunez? I've got a Just Minors glossy 1/1 auto and encased dual auto from Just with Phil Hughes 2/2.

I say there wasn't enough to overturn that call, looked like glove may have touched bottom part of pant leg before foot touched base. Boo.

Well, that wasn't even close at home, third base coach trying to make up for all the crap he was hearing over not sending someone the other day ha ha.

Or did he ever even tag him?

First place was nice while it lasted. Maybe they go all 2014 where they had a rough second half and gave up the division again, although now they just look horribly broken.

Ump sure likes those outside off the plate "strikes" tonight. Roberto Kelly running in and grabbing Belt to keep him from getting ejected as MLB.tv cuts to commercial was funny

Man, to think about where this team would be without BCraw. Now 5-6 tonight and Buster almost broke his jaw on that slide. That was scary

Slide of the year? That looked like it hurt, I should not be laughing, but oh my God the slow motion replay of Posey getting to the base with his face is making me laugh hard.

He's pretty scrapped up and teary eyed looking...announcers fear he jammed his finger too.

Posey just ate some base. Damn, looked like that hurt.

Commentators said the dirt was wet. Maybe why his hands stuck and went head first.

He has a pretty sizable battle scar from that

Buster walks away with a nasty scratch and a jammed finger. Just a routine slide...
