Topps is so lazy, their email comes like an hour after the actual product release on website.
And BlowoutBuzz twitter acct even tweets it much faster than Topps acct do.

Got my Ichiro base in today. MLB sticker says it's from the 3rd base used in innings 1-3 of the game. Came in a regular thick toploader with no tape securing the top, hopefully it doesn't slide out for anyone during transit.

By the way, what shipping option did you choose?
I chose smart post, and tracking info says I won't receive it till 31st Aug (living in CT).

Painters tape is cheap or $1 for a one touch magnetic would be nice. Even Panini uses a one touch magnetic to ship out these type of cards.

I did the 2 day. I think it was a little over $20-25? For the price the /25 was, and knowing Topps does not secure the toploaders, I figured the less time in transit the better.

True, I regretted little bit after ordering via smart post.
It was a habit for me to order all the ToppsNOW cards with smart post, and I felt rushed to secure the checkout before product gets sold out, so didn't think too much at that moment.

You may be the very first person to have received it. Congrats.

I think between 2PM - 3PM.
But sometimes (and when they have relic cards), it tends to be late release around 3:30PM.
As far as I can remember.

If your talking about the Ichiro relics.

At presell when they first come available at Topps.com and when the flippers get them in hand. You should see the actual physical Ichiro relic cards hit ebay this week and next week. If your a buyer waiting to select from the best ones I would wait until the end of next week to start shopping.

If your talking about just in general about the daily cards. It really has varied historically although there have been patterns. I have seen them release at 8:30AM PST - 2:30 PST
