I'm going to randomly help out here.

First off, some Walmarts and Targets use about $12 on certain items this time of year when those locations need to replace them with newer products. IDK why they use that amount but a few days ago at my Walmart I picked up their last Topps Snowflake box and their 2nd to last Archives 65th anniversary boxes for $12 each, and their last pack of Platinum for $1.29. The Target in that same shopping district was selling almost all their blaster boxes for either $8 or $12.

2nd, the book value for just those autos and colors alone come up to around $50, so if someone wanted to rip someone else off, they would sell the cards for their value. Someone not being able to sell cards for more than the pack costs is like forcing someone to sell a Corey Seager auto they pull from a pack for a dollar.
