question about Crosby 2005-06 cards

I was reading a thread here (now disappeared) that only one gameused Crosby Jersey was cutup to make his Ultimate and Cup cards in 2005-06 , I know of 3 shield cards of Crosby that year , The Cup Crosby/Ovechkin , Crosby/Lemieux and His Ultimate rookie shield , My question is how many shields were on that one gameused jersey.

could be from event worn, not game used jerseys

Back of the Ultimate and Cup cards read Gameused , and Upperdeck also confirmed that The Ultimate and the cup cards of Ovechkin and Crosby from 2005-06 are game used.
