The PSA and BGS MJ and Lebron That Never Were

About 5 plus years or so ago I tried for a couple crossover grades. The two cards didn't get crossed over which was suprsing to me. The MJ not as much as the Lebron. If you guys have thoughts on why they didn't cross I'd love to hear it.

Card 1: MJ

Submitted a second year fleer MJ base card graded BGS 9.5 with QUAD 9.5 subs to PSA. They wouldn't cross it to PSA 10.

Card 2: Lebron

Submitted a BCCG 10 03-04 Finest Refractor Rookie card /250 to BGS to cross to a BGS 9. They wouldn't cross it. I was shocked by this since it's the same company and both grades essentially mean MINT

No damage to either of the holders or cards inside that I could see as the cause.

Years ago I subbed 10 or so bcc get 10 cards to bgs hoping for 9's. Not one made it. Never bought a bccg card after that.

No there isn't any pics. I sold the cards years ago and don't have the pics.

Wow. That's surprising none crossed. I never collected bccg and now I definitely won't.

You can typically knock a Bccg card 2 grades down when crossing to psa or bgs

a bccg 10 is a bgs 8 psa 8 99% of the time. i dont even consider it a legitimate service and will never buy or grade a bccg card.
