After I found the six last night I hit 3 more targets to find nothing but empty rows where they surely sat. Opened half and got another Otani but ZERO auto's OR color...

Sold the remaining 3 boxes just now, and I cant help but feel I left something in there... made my money back and almost completed the Chrome Prospects set at least.

After seeing this new wave get swallowed up I'm confident more are on the way.

The first time I found some there was a guy literally walking up behind me as I grabbed the 3 I saw and he followed me to the register and asked if I was actually going to buy all of them.

There are some thirsty Marv's out there

The ones I found last night was at 8 O'clock at night.. there is no rhyme or reason to it

I was lucky enough to snag 5 when they were first released but have struck out since. I asked someone if they knew when they would be restocked but they said that a seperate vender comes and restocks on his own schedule. He is overdue at my closest target. Literally 2 blasters of Opening Day is the only baseball product on the shelves.

Found 6 today at a Target that had not received new product in weeks so I assume this was the original allotment for that store.

I have not seen any restock of these boxes at stores that previously had them.

Neither did a lot of players in Archives, but the signed agreements with Topps to allow their likeness to inserted in the releases. Topps does not own the rights to NPB players to allow them to be in their products, with the exception of players who are on the rosters for the WBC.

Since Otani had to with withdraw from the WBC due to injury, he was never on the official roster, meaning Topps should not have the rights to print this card.

major metro area, three targets and 2 walmarts repeatedly over time, no sightings of rows for them, shelf labels, nothing.
archives blasters, value packs and bowman blasters all restocked and arrived this week

this stuff is not in richmond, I'm near positive it never was.

Caught the guy restocking cards at Target feeling up loose packs of Classics football. He bought 2 packs. This is why I don't do loose packs. Dude probably held all the Megabixes for himself- they probably never even made it to the shelves.

Until there is a glut on ebay the shortage is real regardless if a few stores restock.

I'm agree. There's only been 4 show up on eBay yesterday and today (not counting the BGS 10 that's up there)

I know for a fact that there is a dude around the target nearest me that has a "deal" with the excel rep. they talk, he gets first dibs. When they arrive, he must be there, because I have missed on each first stocking of Heritage, Bowman, etc. blasters for over a year now.

even if they stocked them, I do not expect to see any at any target around me.

Right but my point is that if the restocks were widespread wouldn't we be seeing more than 2-3 Otanis put up per day? I'd venture to say that a majority of people buying these mega boxes know what they're getting,

I counted 175 base, excluding numbered. No telling how many are the same cards bought lower and sold higher, or how many were bought well over $100- $200 range that have been returned for buyers remorse and relisted. For a base card that is relatively low number to be on ebay.

There are 1802 targets...how many boxes is each location getting? They dont all get the same amount due to different sales volume. So image they all got 20 boxes on an average (many much less) so that's over 36,000 boxes, 72,000 packs, 720,000 cards. 150 cards in the base set, plus all the other inserts numbered parallels... do the math ... some rare stuff right now, and there aren't any signs of the market flooding. This set, these cards, could be a high dollar ticket.
