It is a shame that they just don't do a redemption for the whole bat. I might buy their unlicensed junk if there was the chance to get a real Ruth or Wagner bat. That is if they were real, it is Panini.

Your last sentence says it all. How do we know any of these barrels or knobs are legit.

Dibs on that Carew nameplate. If it's from the same bat in 2012 NT, there's a decent chance it's from the 1983 All Star Game.

I am actually thinking of finding the money to drop on the Sano nameplate when and if it surfaces.

![]() And yes, I do own the Carew bat knob, although it's actually from the barrel end. I pulled it from a single box I bought when 2012 NT first came out. After google search I found that PSA used the intact bat as an example on their Bat Facts page and used that to track the auction that Panini bought the bat from. Turns out they bought the bat at https://sports.ha.com/itm/baseball/1...a/7051-81452.s. Kind of a cool backstory and a shame Panini didn't care to note it anywhere, they even peeled the PSA sticker off. ![]() By far the luckiest I've ever been in this hobby!

I'm excited to see this list populate. I may have to buy a few Rangers spots and try my luck at that Juan Gone. Thank you Cordozo for starting this thread.

41 Barrels and 49 Knobs by the numbering is 90 total. Card #8 from the Barrels and Cards #16, #23, and #48 are missing from the Knobs list. So a total of 86. Wonder who the missing numbers are...

A bat knob is one of the few types of cards I'm still missing for Delgado, so I hope that one hits the market when it does get hit!
