Hi Guys,
I just Pulled a Giannis Patch auto rookie from 13-14 box. But there is a huge crease from patch top left corner all the way up about 10mm. I have tried to filled in a request for replacement and system only allow for year 16 and 17 products. I just wondering the people here who has had similar experience deal with Panini. Should i make a phone call to panini but talk to which person. Or I am just bad luck that they wont do anything at all. cheers |

I had a similar issue for a damaged replacement
The year and series of the card didn’t come up in their drop down menu. I just clicked on one I thought was comparable. Then in the notes section I wrote the correct year and model and submitted a pic. Took a little bit - but someone contacted me and the replaced it! Happy Panini ending !
