Panini damaged card replacement before 2016

Hi Guys,

I just Pulled a Giannis Patch auto rookie from 13-14 box.

But there is a huge crease from patch top left corner all the way up about 10mm. I have tried to filled in a request for replacement and system only allow for year 16 and 17 products. I just wondering the people here who has had similar experience deal with Panini. Should i make a phone call to panini but talk to which person. Or I am just bad luck that they wont do anything at all.

Honestly would probably just keep that patch card over trying to go back and forth month after month about what might be a suitable replacement

What is the card? Product?

I had a similar issue for a damaged replacement
The year and series of the card didn’t come up in their drop down menu.
I just clicked on one I thought was comparable.
Then in the notes section I wrote the correct year and model and submitted a pic.
Took a little bit - but someone contacted me and the replaced it!
Happy Panini ending !
