Do your local libraries have resale stores?? Most all the ones around me do and I have found some great signed books: Magic Johnson, Wyland, Mario Andretti, Mitt Romney, etc.

Yeah most have "bookstores" of donated books

Found a yogi Berra and phillis diller in the past at those places are definitely a good resource!

Couple of nice finds this past week, getting back into it with a different approach to being more open to what I find. With that being said any new sports stuff with tags renew without tags is an immediate for me. Paid $2 for hornets hat, $1 for maple leaf piggy bank, $3 for NC State shirt, $6 for bruins sweater.

Im buying a lot of 30 bobbleheads tomorrow for $50. I figured at $1.66/piece, it should be an easy profit margin regardless. Most sell in the $7-$10 range but a few are in the $15-$20 range. So even if I sold each one for $5, I'd net roughly $80 in profit. It'll take a little time to move them all, but that's okay.

Grabbed the bobbleheads today. Some really nice and cool ones in the bunch. The two biggest ones were:

2000 Ben Sheets Stockton Ports Bobblehead---one, with a poor title, sold for $50. I think I can get a little more with a better title.

2002 Flip Saunders Pepsi Bobblehead---one just sold for $40, so I listed mine at $45

I have 11 of the 30 bobbleheads listed, but after researching and pricing them, I should turn a pretty nice profit on the bunch. I think it was definitely $50 well spent.

Im already profitable on the bobbleheads.

I have sold 6 of the 30 bobbleheads. 5 of them were on eBay for a total of $61 before fees and I sold 1 off eBay for $20. So I am at roughly $72.47 sold, bought the lot for $50, so I am at $22.47 profit after fees. Still have 24 bobbleheads to sell, so I should make a nice profit on the bunch.

Sadly not. It is a lot of Brewers and then some random guys like Pujols, Ichiro, Randy Johnson, Cal Ripken, etc.

Got this message from a buyer today that changed his mind on a return case : "I looked at it to see if it was something that I could try to remove with a stain stick or something, and couldn't find the spot I previously saw. I'm now thinking I must have been seeing things. Thank you for promptly setting up a return." LOL

Two more bobbleheads sold. One on eBay for $5, one off eBay for $55. So now I am at a total of $141 before fees. I am at $130.17 after fees, so a profit of $80.17 with 22 bobbleheads still left to sell!

How are you dealing with shipping. Flare rate, provide your own box, etc....

Just curious. Nice score.

I have a ton of boxes at my place, so I am just using those to ship them. Since the buyer is paying $8-$10 for shipping, I can easily ship a single bobblehead for that price or a little less than that (depends).

Thought this was some Thomas Train knockoff at first, almost passed it up. Turns out it is Thomas Train from like 1991. Selling for around $25 on the bay, some are at $140, but I don’t think those ones sell.

Finally had a really good sell it what seems like a while.

Sold this Champion sweatshirt for $150, bought at Goodwill for $5.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/14287153288...84.m1561.l2649

Sorry for the pictures, we just moved into a new place and I'm still working on the lighting. Getting a lot of shadows when trying to post pics of product.

Just sold a really ugly women’s sweater from the 80s to the costume person from The Goldbergs. Thought it was pretty cool I might see it in the show.

I rarely get to go to estate sales on the first day, but one of our local estate sale companies starts some of their sales at 6:00 PM on Thursday nights. This is great for me, since I am off work at night. I went to their sale tonight and got some great stuff for a total of $88! I got a Bosch jigsaw, a nice vintage Stanley thermos, a like new hard case and manual for a Kahr CM9 pistol, a Dragonriders of Pern board game, and a brand new iFetch Tennis Ball Machine. Those items should bring around $200 total.

By far, the best thing I got was 4 original posters from the 1964 Sebring 12 Hour Race. They are very rare and the last one sold for about $300 on ebay auction. All four are in great condition. Not too bad for a nights "work".

Also, does anybody know anything about this Cliff Keen Gophers football jacket? I tried a bunch of searches, but could only find Cliff Keen wrestling gear.
