I don't understand what the big deal is. I have ebay sellers refuse to sell items all the time when I win a stupid steal of a deal, it then gets broken or whatever their excuse is they cancel the sale. Ebay doesn't care, all i do is leave neg feedback, cause what stinks is having to wait a week and a half to get my refund back. That's the part that gets me steamed. I just got a refund for $645 and been over a week, still waiting for it to clear paypal. That's the part that is BS. to me. Also if you put something up and want a certain price then put a reserve on it, why sellers don't do that and then do the cancel game after it goes cheap....that's stupid waste of people's time and money.

He didn't want to sell to you, leave him a negative and move on.

eBay might not hold him accountable, but this forum can. I know it’s just a forum, but I am sure tons of PBM’s would do a lot to be allowed to participate here once again.

It was a Obo based on what was posted, not an auction. The seller controlled the price it was sold at as well..

I don't think the mods would be too cool with that... You can't just call someone out and label them as not worth dealing with, file false claims, and then let the attack sit out there without backing it up. It's just not right. If you have the time to write all of the information to undermine someone you certainly have the responsibility to back it up.

The card was in the $50-$60 range with the previous sale of that same card in the $20's. I get a notification 36 DAYS after the tracking number says he had received the card and requesting I send a refund. Well I ended up winning the case because it was out of the 30 day guarantee. Forgive me, but I just could not chance it with a card nearly six times as much and his track record dealing with me. I knew once I saw the payment go through that I didn't want to do business with this particular buyer given what he had tried to pull on me in the past. He claims that it was for his kid, but immediately after bashing me on here, there were messages basically begging for the card. I believe that I have earned the right to sell to whomever I please and seem fit. I'm sure a lot of you have had similar situations occur, I can't be the only one? So bash me? Why don't some of you look in the mirror.

He failed to mention that in this thread for obvious reasons and I'm going to take the high road and not post them because this is a hobby and is supposed to be fun, for ALL of us. Due to his actions in the past it just didn't seem right. A lot of you know me and I'm not one to do something like that. I've been on here for years and have an immaculate track record of buying and selling, shipping, etc. To my closest pals on these wonderful boards I want to thank you for having my back. To the ones that jumped the gun to continue this witch hunt, well I feel sorry for you that your life is so boring. I'll be enjoying mine. Peace.

Seems like you would have been able to post that evidence since you have logged in enough times - including today.

So, if you actually have this proof, email it.

As it stands, you will clearly reneg on a deal and you will also post baseless accusations and refuse to back them up.

Glad I am not a judge or the final authority, I got a headache trying to keep up with this one. I wonder? is there any scenario where we all walk away from this as passionate card collecting friends who may have gotten caught up in a momentary fluster of anger but now realize life is to short to hold grudges and not give each other second chances?

If you really want to keep this feud going.....the feedback he left you was a positive with negative message. You could contact eBay and have it removed, and it might even get him suspended.

Or you could just let it be and, since nobody really reads thru feedback pages, his positive negative will just disappear off the page and still count as a positive towards your total.
