This says it all... what the box scores don’t show.
Steph Curry helping Klay Thompson break his 3-point record exemplifies Warriors' unparalleled chemistry https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/s...led-chemistry/ This is why we love our team. |

Steph is becoming a true leader.
Very impressive. Whilst I'd love to see Kawhi back at SA so we could have a crack, this team is selfless.

Go Dubs!
Man, it's going to suck when the team starts to split apart. I really can't see these guys in another uniform.

This. This is why I have never given Durant an ounce of grief for his choice to go there. That team shows how it should be done. Grow organically and add pieces as you need them. Any single person who begrudges Durant for going there is a fool. You mean to tell me that you wouldn't leave your current job if a better opportunity came along? Give me a break. I'm a Cavs fan, but I admire what Golden State has done. I think like other top notch orgs in other sports, the people who hate them are jealous more than anything.

An Aaron Judge/Yankees fan who also roots for the Warriors. How much more bandwagon could you get???

Whoa, my first Dubs game is on youtube. https://youtu.be/Wdrzi3MFC4U.
I remember Magic’s smile more than the Dubs play, sadly. First return game after the HIV diagnosis. |

Here is some info for ya. I grew up in a Yankee household with 3 older bothers and 1 older sister - all Yankee fans. My dad and his 3 brothers + their kids - all Yankee fans Aaron Judge steps onto the scene and kills it in his RC year, yep, huge AJ fan now. Dubs - I initially started to like them just for simple fact that I don't like Bron and this was\is his rival team. Over the years, I grew admire that team for the stuff said above more so than anything else. This team is very talented and the egos are all in check for the better of the team and to boot, they are all happy like that. When the dubs are no longer a super team or in the news like they are now, I would still root for them just because they were my first NBA team that I rooted for. If you just want to talk\type just for sake of doing so, here is more wood for your internet bonfire and you can talk\type till your hearts content. In 2015 I moved to NC for work and family reasons. Never followed NCAA in my life. Very quickly I realized that I was in NCAA and NASCAR country out here. I was not about to follow NASCAR. I live 30 min from Duke and UNC. I just asked my 6yr old son which team has a better uniform and he said Duke. So, I am now rooting for Duke in my new home town. I went and did some reading on both teams and come to see that they are both really good teams and hold many records between them plus they have a great rivalry. Celtics - I started to root for them when they got Tatum. I saw him play at Duke a few times since moving to NC. I am a NYGiants fan since Joe Montana left the league. Back then I didn't root for a team, I just rooted for Joe Montana. Plus it's either them or Jets and Jets reminds me of Mets so it was an easy choice. I do not like Brady but I root for the Pats because my mom loves them. So lets recap: Yankees - raised a fan Judge - no brainer due to above Warriors - cause I hate Bron Duke - moved to a new state, team plays 30 min from me and my son likes the uniform Celtics - saw key player play at Duke and followed him to NBA Giants - Montana replacement plus I am from NYC Pats - Because my mom likes em

Steve Kerr may be my favorite NBA personality ever. Loved him at U of A, followed his NBA career, and have met him several times (daughters each played for top club volleyball teams and would play them in tournaments all the time, once we were both talking to a coach who was recruiting both girls).
He was mature beyond his years in college, and his coaching style was refined by Pop. He's a class act who genuinely cares about his players. All that said, honestly, whatever GS does is really of no interest to me. While I think this was a solid coaching move, and shows the team does have chemistry, it also shows what a disparity there is between them and everyone else in the NBA. And Boogie has not even played! Other teams fight their butts off for a mere victory while GS can try and get their 4th best player (soon to be 5th when Boogie returns) and NBA record just for fun. The cap rules have IMO destroyed my interest in the NBA from a competitive standpoint (along with the premadonna players all whining til they get their way and can form super teams). I still love watching individual players, but I have the same interest in the competition as I do when Alabama opens their college football season vs. University of the Sisters of the Poor Tech.....its a joke. Literally I could be their 5th starter and get 20 mins a game and titles would still come. And Ive never played a second of competitive hoops in my life. Thing is, its brought in casual NBA fans. The GS / Cleveland title appearances had star factor which is great for ratings of the title chase in sports. And as a Spurs fan I can appreciate the play style GS has (while they do have stars, they also play complete team ball). But it sucks ass for true fans of competition.

I guess the bandwagon thing was a touchy subject. How did I know he was a Patriots fan also! LOL. Bandwagonism must run in the family
