So why did you just not respond to the Paypal claim with the tracking? Had you done that you would have likely avoided much of the mess here. Not responding to a claim does not make it go away and usually ends in the seller losing the item and the money with little or no recourse.

From the messages, I think he expected the claim to be closed once he gave buyer tracking. I don't think a buyer should do that, but I also think a buyer shouldn't keep the cards and the money.

I agree, but responding to that case with tracking would have saved the OP a lot of the issues that he is having.

Man, I did provide the tracking to paypal, and scan the label to paypal too, I just dont know why paypal let him won...lol

Maybe just because its not normal shipping label like usps, but all our country tracking label like that

And now the man, disappear , ignored all message, and of course...both my soto auto lot and the money in his hand now...
