Maybe he doesn’t want to deal with you?

I think it's mhuston228. It says mhouston228 is not a valid ebay username.

eBay offers him a level of protection on his sales. And it makes life easier for certain sellers. He may prefer to only deal that way. I know shipping is cheaper when I purchase through ebay, so depending on the card value, those fees may not be worth the difference. Just a thought.

if this is what you messaged him on ebay, no wonder he is not replying. offering this is a good way to get both yours and his accounts suspended / banned.

But I mean aren't you going to offer to buy at 10% off eBay prices, which would result in the same profit for the seller whether he sells on eBay or on blowout? I assume that's why you're trying to contact him to buy outside of eBay. Or will you offer to buy at just 5% off eBay price so he can save 5% or something by selling outside of eBay...

I don't know, if you were really trying to save him fees for his sake and you care that much about him, I feel like you guys are probably close and that he should have responded to your messages. On the other hand, if you're contacting him to offer to buy at lower prices than eBay, that's probably for your own sake of saving money rather than to help the seller "save many fees".

if you want people to help you, they need to know what kind of help you are looking for.

it appears you are looking for someone to help you circumnavigate ebay fees which can get them in trouble.

I'm confused, why did this member get suspended right after posting this? Is it unrelated to this thread?

if you have his email address, and go through that route you can try.

but if you only have his ebay id and go through ebay messaging, it will flag both accounts for suspension / banning.

That's weird, it says you're "SUSPENDED" for some reason on your profile lol I was confused for a second.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but for me personally, if I'm listing on eBay, I don't want to talk to anyone. It's just uncomfortable for me, which is why I'm using eBay in the first place to sell my crap. I can list what I want, when I want, and receive $$$ and make the shipment without ever talking to someone unless a real issue arises like a damaged item.

If he isn't responding to your messages, which I'm assuming he is receiving, then maybe he's like me in that he would just prefer to move his items at his own pace. If he has a bunch of stuff that you really want, it might be better to play on his terms so that you don't frustrate him and turn him away from continuing to do business with you.

I prefer sales off EBay but the risk is far too great when you get this message. You know Ebay is watching and you spend years building up feedback. The ones that really irritate me are when they say let’s do a deal off EBay and they expect you to take all the risk and put your phone number or email up. If the buyer is serious and wants to risk himself to save money then put your contact information in the original email and then I might contact you without replying through the eBay system at all.

Apparently not. It's apparently a joke played by Houdini. He's not suspended
