Sacramento Kings 21-21 through the halfway point. They have EXCEEDED my expectations easily...
Thrilled to be in the playoff hunt although I don’t know if we can sneak in. We do have a favorable schedule the rest of the way though... How about your team? |

Toronto Raptors
If they had been healthy all year I would say right on par with expectations. Considering how many injuries they've had to key players, I would say they have definitely exceeded expectations. Lowry - Missed 11 games Valanciunas - Missed 13 games Leonard - Missed 10 games FVV - Missed 5 games |

Same goes with a team like Denver if Jokic/Murray were to miss significant time. |

Pacers are about 6 games better than they were at the same point last season, but have had one of the easier schedules in the NBA so far. Oladipo missed a lot of time and Myles Turner has missed some games recently. Hard to really tell with them right now but they seem to be at least as good as they were last season. 2nd half of the season, if they can get everyone fully healthy should prove who they really are.

While I don't think they're likely to make the playoffs, Coach Joerger and the team deserve a ton of credit. Fox has probably been the best Sophomore in the league, and that's saying a lot after what Mitchell and Tatum did last season. My team, the Jazz have been disappointing, but maybe not as much as their record suggests. They've played the toughest schedule in the league to date. I think if they play the same quality of basketball as they have the last 15 games or so, they still have a good shot of getting to 48-50 wins. The current problem? They don't have a point guard. Like, they don't have a SINGLE point guard. Rubio, Exum, Grayson Allen, and Raul Neto are all hurt. They've gotta weather the next week or two without those guys. Going to be really tough.

I like where the Spurs are right now
Sometimes it's frustrating as heck....but I have to keep reminding myself it takes time since the majority of the roster is new, their best perimeter defender is injured and it takes time to rebuild after losing 2 franchise faces at once. They are playing well now but still turn in stinkers every so often. 14-4 is the latest streak. The growth of Forbes and White along with the flashes we see from Lonnie in the G league has been amazing and promising. |

The Celtics have disappointed so far as a whole, but have shown flashes recently of them getting more comfortable together.

The Spurs are about where I hoped. Although the loss of Dejounte is huge as that defense at the top would have been helpful.
I think either way our ceiling is the 2nd round this season.

Warriors... are right about where I expected them to be. They are basically fighting for the 1/2 seed despite playing in a pretty low gear (and with substantial time lost by Curry and to a lesser degree Draymond). The KD/Draymond blowup put some bad mojo on what started out as a pretty fun season. I am very curious to see how they integrate Boogie as his return from injury is reported to be about a week away. I am happy that there is a lot of buzz around Houston, OKC, Toronto, Milwaukee and some other teams now. Bill Simmons said on Zach Lowe's podcast that he would take the field over the Warriors now for the title. I think Simmons becomes a prisoner of the moment a lot and we will see what happens when games matter in May and June. I believe the Warriors have a gear they can get to that noone else can. We will see if they can get there again this year. Maybe he's right, it will be fun to see how it plays out.

Only had 2 goals coming into the season.
1. Get rid of Butler. 2. Get rid of Thibs. Super excited to finally have those two out the door. Rose has been a pleasant surprise! Playoffs here we come! |

I'm so and so on the Thunder...worst start imaginable (0-4) picked it up and PG's been amazing but Westbrook (my favorite player) might be doing the triple double thing again, but he's just looked so beyond off offensively. Plus to ruin some of the parade, OKC had the easiest 1st half of the schedule of any team and now has one of the toughest and outside of last night's game, the effort had looked awful against the Wizards and T-Wolves. Can't afford to lose games like those. Plus nagging injuries to Steven Adams are creeping up (hope he'll be ok for the Spurs game Saturday). I dunno, this team is just so frustrating to watch, I never know what to expect lol.

The Kings were 26 over under. I was seciding between them and the bulls at 30 and I went bulls 😬😳🤭. At leader my team the clippers are well ahead as their over under was 36.5. Cavs were over 32!!! I almost pulled the trigger on that too lol, oh well. Blazers were only 41 and the Magic 31 so both on pace to easily best
