Some of the atomic refractors can be difficult to fully appreciate, even in hand, as their effects can be very shy and finicky. Hopefully this demonstrates a little bit of the magic from the 1999-00 release:

Also, I had never seen one of those 1991-92 Head of Class cards... very cool!

Today's share looks like some literal molten metals were poured onto the surface of the card, producing some other-worldly yellow/gold and blue/green hues. Love the shiny foil:
